Brickell Condos and Neighborhood Overview

Brickell, identified as the financial district of Miami, is known for being populated with banks, businesses, restaurants, and great entertainment. A few years ago, the condominium buildings of Brickell were found in either Brickell Key or in the area between the Rickenbacker Causeway and St. Jude Catholic Church. But now, Brickell has become home to many upscale, brand-new condominium buildings spanning 25th Road to 5th Street and Brickell Avenue.

Many young professionals live in the Brickell area as it is home to many businesses and banks. For many American companies, Miami is the gateway to their Latin American markets and Brickell serves as a main hub for many of these offices. However, Brickell is not all work and no play.

Brickell's nightlife is just as industrious as the people who work there. From local Irish Pubs to luxe rooftop lounges 50 stories above ground, Brickell has something for everyone. Traditional steak houses like Capital Grille and Morton's serve as great places to take clients, which can be followed up with a cocktail at Mary Brickell Village's Blue Martini.

For the outdoor fan, a variety of weekend activities surrounds the area of Brickell. Just south of Brickell, the Rickenbacker Causeway is filled with local fitness devotees on weekends that walk, jog, or cycle across the bridge into Key Biscayne. Interstate- 95, found directly in front of the Rickenbacker Causeway, makes it a quick trip north to the beaches of South Beach or Miami Beach. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Miami Science Museum, and the beautiful Kennedy Park are all just south of Brickell. Brickell's central location makes living there ideal.

Brickell offers its residents a very sophisticated and trendy lifestyle as more and more young professionals are migrating to this area. All these buildings offer incredible views, great amenities, and an ideal location. The Brickell lifestyle is unlike any other area of Miami.
